We had a busy and fun week in Houston ~ staying with Mimi and Papa. The weekend started here...everyone came to visit and went to Jacob's last t-ball game. We also celebrated Aunt Becca's birthday!
Once we were at grandma's we went to the Children's Museum. Jacob loved that. His favorite thing was making a rocket out of paper and then shooting it up to the ceiling with an air-filled tube. We went to visit their great-grandparents, Nana and Papa. The kids watched the birds that evening and saw Papa's huge tomato plants! My college roommate Carolyn and her kids came to swim at Caki's...Jacob loved having Haley to play with. I think the last thing we did was go to Build a Bear at the mall. Jacob was very into it and named his bear Batman...very appropriate since the bear has a Batman costume on. Emma and Julianne had fun too, "washing" and grooming their newly stuffed bears at the salon there. :)
Jacob actually learned to swim last week too at Caki and Pawpaw's pool. He gained a lot of confidence. I need to move him up to the next level for swimming lessons that start next week.
