Happy 4th of July!
We watched fireworks on TV...a little dissapointing, but a lot cooler. Maybe next year we'll get the real thing.
Jacob and Emma took swimming lessons last week. This is the best picture I got. Jacob really did try to start learning how to breathe while swimming. Emma gained a lot of confidence, but still has a little fear of the "deep end."

Thought I would drop in on your blog since I hadn't done so in a very long time- Jacob is so handsome and Emma is such a "little lady." They really are very cute and looks like they are enjoying their summer a great deal (in spite of the blistering heat)!Also, I hear congratulations are in order! I am so happy for you guys. Wonderful news!
