Pearland

We had a great time in Pearland over Thanksgiving. Becca and I went on Monday with the kids and the guys came together on Wed. night. David and I also got most of our Christmas shopping done for Jacob and Emma. Can't take them with us anymore to get gifts...they're too smart for that!

After our Thanksgiving feast we had a wonderful time of sharing. We had to say one thing we were thankful for, our favorite dish, and one thing we want to do before we die. It was a great idea Bec! While we were enjoying our adult time together, Jacob had come back several times to ask us to ride in his airplane. He was very patient. Finally, we all went outside and he had it all set up for us to ride.

Later that evening, we relaxed and played outside. It was quite warm outside. Jessie had fun too.

Friday night we went to Moody Gardens in Galveston. They had a festival of lights to walk through and then we went through the rainforest. We saw a sloth, pirana fish, huge sting rays and this bird that talked. Jacob kept wanting to touch him. I was afraid the bird would bite his finger off.

The girls had fun decorating. (and Jacob too.)

And the guys watched football.
